HOA Manager in Training- Katy

Chaparral Management is looking to train a customer service-oriented Community Manager on our HOA industry. They will assist the manager with day to day operations for our homeowners associations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Vendor management and obtaining bids for projects
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
• Respond to homeowner inquiries
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
• Attend and organize meetings/events

• Budget Administration
